1. Usage & Compliance

ProSRT provides automated Quality Control (QC) and formatting based on global broadcast standards (Netflix, BBC, etc.).

• Accuracy: While our tool is engineered for 99% accuracy in formatting and capitalization, automated tools may make context verification errors.
• User Responsibility: You (the user) are responsible for the final review of the subtitle file before broadcast or distribution. ProSRT is not liable for rejected files or broadcast errors.

2. Credit System & Payments

ProSRT operates on a credit-based model:

• Metric: 1 Credit = 1 Subtitle Block processed/fixed.
• Expiration: Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next month. "Turbo Credits" purchased as one-time add-ons do not expire as long as your account is active.

3. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because ProSRT provides immediate digital credits and processing, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is confirmed. To ensure the tool meets your requirements, we provide 50 free subtitle blocks for every user to test our proprietary QC engine and repair systems at no cost before upgrading to a Pro plan.

4. Cancellations & Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your ProSRT Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining monthly credits until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your credit balance will reset to the Free Tier.

5. Allowable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the ProSRT system, use the tool for illegal content, or attempt to bypass the guest limit restrictions via automated scripts.
